With 25 years of experience as a restaurateur and entrepreneur, I have built a career in the hospitality industry. I am the Founder of Rhino Restaurants and served as the President, Vice Chairman, and Managing Partner of Camden Square Hospitality and Frontier Restaurant Group which operated over 90 restaurants under 4 different concepts ranging from casual destinations, pizza franchises and neighborhood favorites operating in 5 states.
Our restaurants received numerous Reader Choice and Best of Awards, leadership, and community service recognition. I began my career at PepsiCo Restaurants, opening the first restaurants for Franchisee AmRest in Poland which now operates over 2000 restaurants across Europe.
My focus is on providing valuable insights, building infrastructures, and mentoring founders. Drawing from my experience in launching businesses, acquiring capital, and orchestrating successful exits, I am dedicated to helping franchisees and business owners achieve sustainable growth with integrity.
Having been a franchisee myself, I understand the industry's unique challenges and opportunities. I excel in collaborating with enthusiastic entrepreneurs who are committed to self-improvement, team building, ethical success, and continuous innovation. All while maintaining operational excellence.
My coaching approach is centered on transforming ideas into actionable plans, fostering successful execution, and enhancing operational efficiency. I offer expertise in people development, leadership, customer service, process optimization, technology integration, business development, and design, guiding teams toward achieving their goals.
